Wild Birds

This collection features 126 photographs of wild birds captured by photographer Vo Quoc Thuan (Thuan Vo) during his journeys across wetlands, remote islands, and mountainous forests throughout Vietnam. The images document a wide range of species in their natural habitats, such as the Spotted Owlet, Stork-billed Kingfisher, and Tonkin Partridge. Through the lens of photography, Thuan Vo not only highlights the biological characteristics and behaviors of these birds, but also draws attention to threatened ecosystems and the urgent need for biodiversity conservation in Vietnam. Digitizing Việt Nam would like to thank photographer Thuan Vo for contributing this photo collection to the project.
